This system was very successful in delivering a value-added smart home solution to a high end property in London that would tick the necessary boxes required to ensure it rented out at its maximum value.

The developer of the property saved a considerable amount of money by using their in-house electrical team to fit the solution they had specified using the S.M.S. configurator, rather than engaging the services of a conventional smart home installer.

The system features a small smart home rack in a hallway cupboard provided by S.M.S. which delivers a Control4 music system in the main living room and master bedroom, Heatmiser heating control throughout, Control4 smart lighting in the main living area and master bedroom and control over the intruder alarm and door entry all via a Control4 wireless touch panel in the main living area and Control4 smart lighting keypads.

In addition to the smart home system there is also a simple effective 5.1 surround sound system using in ceiling speakers in the main living room with a client supplied 85” TV and rock-solid high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
