A great smart home system installation in a property being refurbished and extended by our clients.

Featuring a Control4 lighting control system in most rooms of the house, Heatmiser underfloor heating control, Control4 gate entry, Dahua CCTV, Control4 discreet music systems to all reception rooms and a fantastic cinema system to the main family room.

All control of the system is via the easy to use Control4 smart app and two 8 inch in wall touch panels (one on each level of the house) all designed, pre-programmed and commissioned by S.M.S. and installed on-site by the S.M.S. partner XoXo Contracts.

The S.M.S. system also features robust WiFi around the whole house and to the back garden.

The clients decided to only prewire TV points around the house as they only wanted to feature a single TV screen in their main family room, so the whole family would come together to watch movies rather than separately in multiple rooms. This also freed up some budget to add the drop down projector screen and Dolby Atmos surround sound system for a superbly cinematic experience.
